How do I change or cancel my order?

Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • The item(s) are not available
  • Your payment information could not be verified
  • The shipping address could not be verified

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via email, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Once your order has been submitted, in case you change your mind, it may be cancelled within 1 hour of submitting your order. Once the allotted cancellation window has crossed, the order cannot be cancelled because they are processed immediately to ensure we meet the expected delivery obligation.

RETURNS POLICY

How quickly can I return an item?

As long as the product is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging you can return within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please call us or mail to our customer support team on support@yallatoys.com with details of the order

On confirmation from our executive, Kindly send back the item to our office address. If you request a pickup service for the items to be returned or exchange, a charge of 20 QAR will be applied.

What form of refund can I get?

Once the product has been evaluated and it’s eligible for return, we will issue a store credit that you can use to order a replacement item or you can use it on your next purchase. It will be valid for 6 months.

What if I receive an item with manufacturing defect?

If you have a complaint about your product or think it might have a defect, is damaged or has missing parts, please email us to support@yallatoys.com with pictures and videos of the item showing the fault or damaged part and we will then start investigating the problem.

We will arrange a courier pick up from your location. You must repack the item in the same original box it was delivered in and all the parts, labels, packaging and manual must be intact. Upon receipt, it will be submitted for the routine evaluation and testing.

If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect by our product experts and technical team, we will repair it or issue a replacement. If the item has a missing part, we will provide what’s missing.

If it’s already more than 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, we will repair the item.

Should you decide that you do not want a replacement and the return request was received within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months from the issue date. Kindly note that we are unable to process a cash refund.

If the item is working and is proven to be not faulty or damaged or requires proper configuration or assembly we will return the item back to you.

Recalled Product return policy

When a product is recalled, we believe the most important thing is to get that product out of children's hands. We have a "no quibble" policy when it comes to recalls. This means “Yallatoys” will take back recalled products sold at our e-commerce site at any point during the recall period.

No receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to return a recalled product. If you do not have a receipt, you will receive a credit voucher for the lowest sale price of the product within the last 30 days. There are some exceptions to this policy, so be sure to check with Customer Care for more details.
